Returns and Exchanges

At Life by the Blonde we believe in the quality of our goods and won’t be happy until you are. Whether it was the wrong fit, the wrong colour or something didn’t feel quite right, we will accept your return providing it complies with our Terms and Conditions.

FOR AN EFFORTLESS EXCHANGE OR RETURN, PLEASE ENSURE THE FOLLOWING:
You may return items sold by Life by the Blonde within 60 days from the date of delivery for a full refund on the condition that the item is unused, in the same condition that it was received with tags still attached, and in perfect condition. It must not have been worn, washed or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not comply with the above conditions.

In the case of items received incorrectly, damaged or in faulty condition, you will need to notify us within 14 days at Concierge@LifebytheBlonde.com. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. We will deal with faulty product on a case-by-case basis and will always ensure that your statutory rights are not affected. If your exchange or return is rejected, we will notify you by email.

When returning or exchanging goods, ensure the package is returned to us with correct postage. We recommend that you use a reliable courier and tracking system as all returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach Life by the Blonde. Customs and duties costs, as well as costs of original shipment will not be refunded.

Please complete the returns & exchanges form included in your order with the items being sent back.

Once your return is received, it will undergo a quality review. Please allow up to 7 working days for this to be completed.

EXCHANGES
Once items have passed our quality review the exchange will be processed and couriered out to you at the original delivery address.

RETURNS
Once items have passed inspection the refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 working days, however this is also subject to bank processing times.

SALE RETURN POLICY
For items bought online, our standard returns policy applies to both full-priced and sale items.
