Delivery and Returns

Orders will be processed the same day, Monday - Friday, when possible and within a maximum 24-hour period after the order is placed.

Once your order has been confirmed, we are unable to change the delivery address. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to P.O. Box, BFPO or Freight Forwarding addresses.

You will be given a tracking number when your order confirmation is emailed to you. Once the order is shipped, you will be able to track your delivery and follow its progress via this tracking number. If the courier has been unable to deliver, you will be emailed and advised on next steps to rearrange delivery.

For orders sent outside of the EU, customs and duties may apply to the order. Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.

Delivery times outside of the UK are not guaranteed and should be used as an approximation only.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

FREE RETURNS WITHIN UK AND EUROPE 

Club 826 is proud of its products. We believe in the quality of our goods and will not be happy until you are.

At Club 826, we are delighted to offer free exchanges and returns with a return courier service on all orders within UK & Europe.

 

EXCHANGES

We're happy for you to exchange items within the wardrobe you ordered or the wardrobe in its entirety. Any item may be exchanged for the same item in a different size.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for individual items within a wardrobe.

For exchanges, feel free to keep your Club 826 packing bag as we will not be able to provide a new bag with your exchange.

Exchanged goods are sent out free of charge.

To ensure an effortless exchange or return, please ensure the following:

The garment is in its original packaging, with swing-tag attached and in perfect condition – it must not have been worn, washed or damaged.

Club 826 reserves the right to reject any items for exchange or return that do not meet the above requirements. If your exchange or return is rejected, you will be notified by email.

We can only accept refunds or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, or the product is faulty.

WHAT TO DO WHEN RETURNING

Complete the returns slip on the reverse of your invoice that came with your order and include it with the items being sent back. For UK & Europe returns a shipping label will need to be obtained. Please send us an email at concierge@Club826.com and a shipping label will be supplied with each eligible order along with instructions on how to return your order.  

    • Remember to indicate if you would rather exchange the goods or receive a refund 
    • If you are exchanging a garment for an alternative size please indicate which garment you would like to exchange and which new size you would prefer 
    • Please note that all refunds will be made to the credit card originally used 
    • Select the reason for the exchange or return 
    • State the preferred delivery address for your exchange  

To make a return or exchange, we need to receive the goods back to our office in their original condition – so, please ensure all goods are packaged securely.  

Within 24 hours of receiving your email and ensuring all mandatory information has been received, we will email you with all the information you require, including the pre-paid returns label to print off and attached to the exterior of your parcel. 

We always welcome feedback, so feel free to let us know your thoughts so we can continue to deliver great products to you.  

We will either send out replacement goods or refund you the original purchase price. We will not refund any delivery costs or return shipping costs incurred by you in not using the free returns route on offer (subject to your legal rights in relation to faulty, incorrect or cancelled products). 

If using the free returns shipping label within the UK & Europe, packages can take up to 5 working days to arrive at our warehouse. Once delivered to our warehouse, it may take up to 72 working hours for goods to then be processed. Once processed, you will then be sent a return confirmation. Please allow up to 10 working days for any refund or exchange to be processed following receipt of the return confirmation. 

We may reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods if this has been caused by your handling of them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop. If we refund you the price paid before we are able to inspect the goods and later discover you have handled them in an unacceptable way, you may be required to pay an appropriate amount in compensation.

If returning goods from outside of the UK & Europe, please following the instructions above and ensure the package is returned to us via a reliable courier and that it is tracked. All returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach Club 826. Please send your package to:

Please complete the returns form which will be in delivery and include it in the items being sent back.

FAULTY GOODS  

Club 826 will only refund the cost ofreturnoutwithUK & Europeif your order is incorrect or faulty.If the item was faulty when you received it, please notify us within 14 days of receipt atconcierge@Club826.com. If you discover it was faulty later, please contact our customer service team atconcierge@Club826.comto discuss. We will deal with this type of faulty product on a case by case basis and will always ensure that your statutory rights are not affected. 

SALE RETURN POLICY  

For items bought online, our standard returns policy applies to both full-priced and sale items.
