Life by the Blonde are now offering complimentary one-to-one online styling consultations with Life by the Blonde founder and stylist Leigh Millar.

SHIPPING
Life by the Blonde are delighted to offer you complimentary UK Next Business Day shipping and Express Delivery for Europe and Rest of World via our preferred couriers on all orders over £250.

Orders will be dispatched the same day Monday – Friday if placed before 1pm.

Once your order has been confirmed, we are unable to change the delivery address. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to P.O. Box, BFPO or Freight Forwarding addresses. 

For all order under £250:

  • UK Next Day (next business day) £10 
  • Europe Express (Except Switzerland and Norway) (1-3 business days) £15 
  • Rest of World (2-5 business days) £25 

You will be given a tracking number when your order confirmation is emailed to you. Once the order is shipped, you will be able to track your delivery and follow its progress via this tracking number. If the courier has been unable to deliver, you will be emailed and advised on the next steps to rearrange delivery. 

For orders sent outside the EU, customs, duties and local taxes may apply to the order. Any customs, duties and local taxes payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery. 

Delivery times outside of the UK are not guaranteed and should be used as an approximation only. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Life by the Blonde, we believe in the quality of our goods and won’t be happy until you are. Whether it was the wrong fit, the wrong colour or something didn’t feel quite right; we will accept your return, providing it complies with our Terms and Conditions.
